1. While talking on Status call, there was no need to divulge so much details. Be careful about that.
2. While talking to anyone (Samir or Fotis), tell confidently that they will not get a chance to come back to us.
3. Remember, think about anything that you are going to do.
4. Read out fully before sending a mail. Some of the things to check here - To List, cc List, Subject line, if the hight importance flag needs to be on, Content and Signature
5. Speak properly. Articulate while on phone
6. Manage properly while reaching out the approver classes.
7. Report everything, even if it seems to be a small issue. like - any query taking little longer time
